• What is your return policy?
  We do not accept returns, but we're happy to exchange items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the item and we'll make it right.
• How long will it take to get my order?
  Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day. Delivery via Aramex typically takes 4–14 business days nationwide. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
• How much does delivery cost?
  Delivery is free on all orders over R550. For orders under R550, a flat delivery fee of R90 applies. All orders are shipped via Aramex with door-to-door delivery across South Africa.
• What colours is the Bago available in?
  The Bago is available in five colours: Pearl (white), Caramel (beige), Espresso (brown), Jet (black), and Cherry (red). Each colour is a separate listing so you can mix and match — or collect them all!
• How much weight can the Bago hold?
  The Bago is surprisingly strong — it can carry up to 23kg, making it perfect for a full grocery run, beach day, or even gym gear. Despite its strength, it folds down into a compact pouch that clips neatly onto your keys.
