1. Shipping Policy
At Bago, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely.
Courier All orders are shipped via Aramex courier across South Africa.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Major centres (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria): 2–3 business days
- Outlying areas and remote towns: 3–5 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery through Aramex.
Important Notes
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. Bago cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
- Deliveries are made to physical addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Bago. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Returns Window You may return your item within 14 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
How to Initiate a Return Email us at shopbagoza@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- A photo of the item
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Consumer Protection Act This policy is in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), 68 of 2008. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
