4. Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using bago.co.za.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Products We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice. All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Orders By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded if an order is cancelled on our end.

4. Payment Payments are processed securely through PayFast. We accept major South African payment methods. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

5. Delivery Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery terms. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Intellectual Property All content on bago.co.za — including images, copy, logos, and design — is the property of Bago and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Bago shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
